As Chief Ripple Creator at Väre, Jade is the spark plug behind a movement that’s re-humanising business. A founder turned strategist, she knows the real-world grind of entrepreneurship firsthand.
She’s built and scaled ventures across industries — from a modelling agency and dressmaking label to a head-hunting firm and now a global consulting and coaching company. That lived experience gives her an edge most consultants don’t have: she’s been in the trenches, built teams from scratch, and carried the weight of payroll and growth herself.
With over two decades in recruitment, leadership, and cultural transformation, Jade helps founders get the right people in the right seats doing the right thing so they can finally stop firefighting and start scaling. Certified by the Flow Research Collective, Mindvalley, Wealth/Talent Dynamics, and a Scaling Up Certified Coach, she blends neuroscience, peak performance, and practical systems to build what she calls “cultures that run without babysitting or burnout.”

Kaye ensures you have the right info, the right dates, and the right support when you need it most. With experience across international finance, executive leadership teams, and now as Väre’s Executive Virtual Assistant, she blends strategy, systems, and a whole lot of heart.

Monty Waugh
Monty is the “Money Man” behind Väre, where he helps businesses correct cashflow, dial in profitability, and increase valuations. With more than two decades of CFO and financial leadership experience across industries — from mountain resorts and hospitality to high-growth startups and private equity ventures — he’s built a reputation for balancing bold ambition with disciplined financial strategy.
From M&A to building smarter systems that actually stick, Monty is known as the trusted collaborator who keeps businesses on solid financial ground while still scaling with confidence.
In addition to leading Väre, he also serves as CFO for Heli, a fast-growing adventure platform with operations across North America — including Aspen Heliski, Mustang Powder, Silverton Mountain, and Great Canadian Heli-Skiing.
Now based in Aspen, Monty and Jade are actively exploring the acquisition of a “boring but profitable” business in the Colorado or Tahoe region — ideally one that aligns with their focus on operational excellence and long-term value creation.
And when he’s not deep in spreadsheets, leading due diligence, or advising boards on valuation strategy, you’ll find him on a mountain — because at Väre, they don’t just talk about flow; they live it.

The Compass
Andrew Boyle
Andrew is the no-fluff operator who keeps Väre focused, accountable, and moving in the right direction. Behind the scenes as our COO & Company Secretary (though we prefer to call him The Compass), he clears the noise, cuts straight to the point, and makes sure vision turns into action.
Beyond Väre, Andrea is a firefighter with Fire & Rescue NSW, staying cool under pressure. He's also a seasoned busienss coach; co-founder of Kaizen, founder of the Australian Kettlebell League, and creator of The Library—a space where men build body, mind, and mental health while shaping culture of healthy masculinity.
